SureStay Hotel by Best Western Vientiane

SureStay hotel is located in the middle of Vientiane near the night market and where the nightlife is. We had a room in the ninth floor with an awesome view. They have a rooftop bar with exceptional view and it was a pleasure just to walk one level up and down between room and bar, which we did every night. The fitness room is well equipped! They have a good breakfast buffet where you can eat international dishes as well as Asian dishes and fruits. Eggs in all shapes and colors are ordered and served directly from the kitchen. Everything is clean. In the ninth floor you have a nice viewing balcony at the end of the floor, which is also the smoking area. The rooms are functional, nothing more nothing less. Excellent Internet.

New building, nicely tiled. Nobody used the gym while I was there. Tipsy Elephant [rooftop bar] was good with a sunset view over the river.

The location is right in spot, close to night market, few restaurants, grocery shops.. the staff is really great, polite and helpful. Especially manager Ms. Pheng. Big thank you..

The staff was professional,friendly and helpful. It is a good place to relax in. Able to walk to many attractions and a number of really good restaurants are nearby. Recommend will and have stay here more than once. Breakfast was fine, the staff very helpful.

The staff is very kind. An aspect that I found remarkable was the breakfast. Plenty of delicious offers for different tastes. In addition, the staff is always attentive to host’s requirements.
